Thinking of returning a FlueKit to us?
Here is what you need to do:
- Before you return any FlueKit contact us via phone or email (office@directfluekits.co.uk).
- You can return your FlueKit to us within 30 days of your order date.
- You will have to return the full FlueKit to us.
- If your return is approved, we will send you an email with your return code and instructions for getting the items back to us.
- When we receive the FlueKit at our warehouse, we will process them and issue the appropriate refund.
Please note:
- Unwanted kits are returned at your own cost.
- Items should be packaged to prevent damage.
- We reserve the right to reduce the value of any refund should the items be damaged or returned late to us.
